When I was a student, there was no Google, not to mention YouTube. Seeking quality learning materials was harder than catching all 151 Pokémon (which I nearly did). We can now have shared-bikes, shared-computers (cloud servers) and shared-living, so, why not shared-teachers? Think about it. That's YouTube!

I am a believer of flipped classroom since 2015. In my utopia, students take charge of their learning progress with the best materials in the world. This is an emerging process. Future is sooner than you think.

The school teachers are therefore experiencing a paradigm shift. We are not here to tell you the content, but to coach you the skills and attitude. Are you ready?
